Planning an event can be overwhelming and sometimes things are left out until the last minute. Hiring an event planner will ensure that all of the necessary steps are taken to ensure a successful celebration.  

We offer our service at a flat rate depending on the desired outcome that you are seeking and the total cost is based on the overall price of the event.  There is a $100.00 consultation fee due at the time of consultation.

Day-Of Wedding: Designed for couples who love the challenge of the hands-on approach, but want to make sure that all of their hard work goes off without a hitch on the big day. The event coordinator is responsible for the wedding day management of vendors, theme, decor, and guestlists.

Partial: A partial wedding planner service starts on day 1 of your planning. The average cost of a wedding planner for this type of service varies depending on how “partial” you want the service. 

Full Service: Includes everything you assume is necessary for a perfect wedding. Once the deposit is received, we will sit down to discuss your visions, dreams, themes, and colors. We coordinate follow-ups to discuss the progress of your wedding planning. Rest assured that we will take care of everything making sure you’re always informed.

What are your areas of expertise?

We work from start to finish on both commercial and personal events. We specialize in formal events but include any sort of event planning that you desire. Events can range from company conferences, award ceremonies, birthday celebrations, retirement to anniversary events and weddings.

We offer a comprehensive event planning service. We're able to find venues, organize catering, décor, accommodation, staffing, and equipment. We offer a tailor-made service to fit your desire and every event is unique. 

What are your fees?

We will discuss all your event requirements before giving a quote on fees. The overall cost will depend on the nature of the event and the desired outcome.  We will work to your budget and you will never be charged more than we agree upon or have to worry about hidden fees.

We will supply reputable suppliers and vendors, negotiate the best rates, discounts, terms, and conditions on your behalf and coordinate all aspects of your event. Event design and event planning work together to deliver a successful event. Design is about bringing your event to life with appropriate colors, themes, seating, etc., and event planning coordinates the logistic elements and budget management.

What factors do you consider when selecting a venue?

We consider the size and capacity of the venue needed for the number of guests, facilities provided, parking, technical needs, and budget constraints. We visit venues to check on the quality of the facility and coordinate with clients keeping them informed. 

How early do we need to start planning an event?

We always advise you to start putting plans in place as early as possible. Depending on the venue bookings and suppliers, you may need to book well in advance. This provides adequate time to negotiate, plan and ensure everything’s in place for your big day.

Can you cope with last-minute changes of plan or emergency situations?

We have experience in dealing with the unexpected. Rest assured your event is in the most capable hands.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We’re aware that sometimes things happen which are outside of your control. In the event of needing a refund for a canceled event, please discuss this with us as early as possible. We will discuss our policies with you before entering into a contract. We seek to maintain professionalism, and loyalty with vendors and suppliers and ensure our customers are always delighted with our service. We’re always happy to answer any questions.
